Q1. Why do you think Ms Sun felt she needed to handcuff you to herself in order to hold a conversation?
She has a history of violence and she would do anything to get her way. When I woke up to find her sitting on top of me begging to talk, I wasn’t surprised.
Q2. Why had you and Ms Sun not been speaking?
I don’t want to have anything to do with her. She’s a menace.
Q3. Why didn’t you leave Ms Sun if the marriage wasn’t working?
I was considering it before all this happened and the only thing stopping me was the shame it would bring on my family. Divorce isn’t something that is looked highly upon in my culture and I didn’t want to have to resort to that. But I guess there’s no other option this time. She’s gone too far.
Q4. Why were you refusing to discuss your issues with Ms Sun?
I didn’t think there was anything to discuss. She knew I was considering divorce and she was trying everything in her best effort to change her mind. What she didn’t realise was that the decision had already been made in my heart and her actions only confirmed it.
Q5. What are your thoughts on the punishment Ms Sun received for her actions?
She deserves everything she got and more.
